Der Bereich Operations & Maintenance (O&M) stellt den zuverlässigen und effizienten Betrieb von Offshore-Windparks sicher. Hier werden Wartungsmaßnahmen geplant, koordiniert und ausgewertet sowie Prozesse und Systeme kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen in Offshore-Projekten
- Du pflegst, analysierst und strukturierst Daten in ERP-Systemen (insbesondere Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) zur Unterstützung operativer Prozesse
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Operations & Maintenance-Reports, Auswertungen und Dashboards mit
- Du unterstützt bei der technischen Dokumentation sowie Nachverfolgung von Betriebs- und Wartungsdaten
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams sowie externen Dienstleistern und Projektpartnern zusammen
- Du trägst zur Optimierung von Prozessen, Tools und Datenstrukturen bei

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Student:in im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbar – idealerweise mit Bezug zu erneuerbaren Energien oder technischen Prozessen
- Du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen im technischen, operativen oder datengetriebenen Umfeld gesammelt
- Du hast erste Berührungspunkte mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central oder vergleichbar
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel (z. B. Datenanalyse, Reporting, Pivot)
- Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und eigenständig und hast Freude an Teamarbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
