Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest direkt an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von AI-gestützten Lösungen und Tools zur Optimierung unserer internen Prozesse und baust neue Geschäftsmodelle auf
- Du nutzt moderne AI-Modelle (z. B. Claude, ChatGPT) zur Entwicklung von Workflows, Automatisierungen und Prototypen
- Du identifizierst eigenständig Anwendungsfälle für AI im Unternehmen und entwickelst daraus konkrete Lösungen
- Du konzipierst und baust Tools, Prompts und Systeme, die unsere Produktivität und Skalierbarkeit signifikant verbessern
- Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Business, Technologie und Produktentwicklung und übersetzt Anforderungen in funktionierende Lösungen
- Du testest, iterierst und optimierst bestehende AI-Anwendungen und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) in einem relevanten Studiengang wie Wirtschaft, Informatik, Data Science oder vergleichbar
- Du hast ein starkes Interesse an AI, Automatisierung und neuen Technologien
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Claude, ChatGPT oder ähnlichen Tools und vor allem Spaß daran, damit Dinge zu bauen
- Du denkst lösungsorientiert und hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme pragmatisch zu strukturieren und umzusetzen
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, schnell und mit einem hohen Anspruch an Qualität
- Du hast Grundkenntnisse in No-Code/Low-Code, APIs oder Programmierung (z. B. Python), was ein Plus ist, aber kein Muss

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
