Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die ganzheitliche Leitung von Bauprojekten über alle Projektphasen hinweg – von der Initiierung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
- Du übernimmst die Steuerung und Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten und stellst eine funktionierende Projektorganisation sicher
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der definierten Kosten, Termine und Qualitäten im Rahmen der Projektleitung. Abweichungen erkennst Du frühzeitig und steuerst diese professionell
- Du agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson auf Bauherrenseite und führst externe Projektsteuerer sowie weitere Beratende zielgerichtet
- Du fokussierst dich auf die aktive Steuerung des Projektes, einschließlich Risiko-, Änderungs- und Nachtragsmanagement
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Herbeiführung von Entscheidungen auf Bauherrenebene und bereitest komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich auf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Universitäts- oder Hochschulabschluss in Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im privaten und/oder öffentlichen Sektor mit, idealerweise bei Großbauprojekten auf Bundes- und/oder Landesebene und in der Funktion als Projektleiter:in
- Du kennst dich mit Rechtsvorschriften im Baukontext aus (AHO, HOAI, VOB/A, usw.)
- Du hast Stärken im Projektmanagement und bist in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte adressatengerecht aufzubereiten
- Du beherrschst Multiprojektmanagement und behältst auch bei der Arbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern jederzeit den Überblick
- Du bist idealerweise nach GPM o. ä. zertifiziert und arbeitest strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert
- Du bringst Flexibilität hinsichtlich deines Startzeitpunkts und eine gewisse Reisebereitschaft für persönliche Kundentermine mit
- Du hast Interesse an einer langfristigen Perspektive und nicht nur an einer kurzfristigen Anschlusslösung

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
