- Sie bearbeiten professionell eingehende Kundenanfragen per Telefon (Inbound/ Outbound) und im persönlichen Kontakt in der Filiale zu Konten, Karten, Produkten und Services
- Sie empfangen und betreuen Kund:innen in der Geschäftsstelle, nehmen Anliegen auf und steuern Termine
- Sie unterstützen bei SB‑Geräten und Online‑Banking sowie geben Auskünfte zu unseren Services und Produkten
- Sie sprechen Kund:innen aktiv an, wirken bei Kampagnen mit und leiten gezielt an Beratungseinheiten weiter
- Sie organisieren den Empfang, einschließlich Unterlagen, Post und Ordnung/Service‑Abläufe in der Geschäftsstelle
