Was erwartet dich?
- Du sorgst als erster Ansprechpartner für die individuelle Betreuung unserer französischsprachigen Kunden, bearbeitest mit hoher Lösungsorientierung ihre Anliegen und berätst sie zu unseren Produkten – per Mail und Telefon
- Du pflegst eine gute Kundenbeziehung, stellst die Qualität sicher die unsere Kunden von uns erwarten und stehst ihnen auch nach dem Kauf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite
- Du bearbeitest Reklamationen und Beschwerden und hilfst dabei eine optimale Lösung zu finden – nur durch Feedback können wir unsere Kunden verstehen und ihre Wünsche wahr machen
- Eine entsprechende Dokumentation und Datenaktualisierung stellst du in unseren EDV-Systemen sicher und bereitest eine erforderliche Weiterbearbeitung von anderen Fachbereichen vor
- Du tauscht dich im Team über die neuesten Markttrends und Kundenwünsche aus und hilfst so noch besser auf ihre Bedürfnisse einzugehen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
