Als Teil unseres Marketing-Teams optimierst du unsere Sichtbarkeit online und innerhalb von LLMs durch eine clevere Kombination aus technischem On-Page-Verständnis und strategischer Keyword-Analyse. Du übersetzt komplexe Themen wie Verrechnungspreise in hochwertige Fachinhalte, die uns als Autorität für CFOs und Steuerberater positionieren. Mithilfe datengestützter Erkenntnisse aus gängigen SEO-Tools treibst du unsere organische Lead-Generierung aktiv von unserem Berliner Büro oder deinem Home-Office aus voran. Bei der Erstellung spezialisierter Inhalte wirst du von Fachexperten unterstützt.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du ist verantwortlich für den gesamten Prozess – von der technischen Analyse (Indexierung, Struktur) bis zur strategischen Keyword-Recherche.
- Du nutzt Tools wie die Google Search Console, Ahrefs oder Semrush, um Content-Lücken zu identifizieren und unsere Rankings auf der Grundlage von Daten zu verbessern.
- Du übersetzt hochspezialisierte Finanzthemen (Verrechnungspreise, Bewertungen) in eine SEO-Struktur, die genau dort erscheint, wo CFOs und Steuerberater nach Lösungen suchen.
- Du pflegst nicht nur Metadaten; du hilfst dabei, unsere SEO-Strategie von Grund auf aufzubauen und siehst die direkten Auswirkungen deiner Arbeit auf unsere Lead-Generierung.

Dein Profil:
- Du bringst großes Interesse an SEO mit und hast idealerweise durch Praktika, Uni-Projekte oder eigene Webseiten bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen gesammelt.
- Für diese Werkstudentenstelle musst du an einer Hochschule oder Universität eingeschrieben sein – vorzugsweise in einem Studiengang mit Bezug zu Marketing, Kommunikation oder Wirtschaft.
- Du arbeitest dich gerne eigenständig in komplexe Themen ein und hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, die dir in einem dynamischen Startup-Umfeld hilft.
- Ein Plus, aber kein Muss: Du interessierst dich für die Themen B2B, SaaS oder Finanzen und möchtest hier dein Wissen vertiefen.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse für die Arbeit in unserem Team mit.

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
