As part of our sales team, you will proactively identify and contact new customers based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and schedule qualified meetings for our sales experts. You will handle consistent follow-ups on existing proposals and passionately support the management of our current client base. With your previous sales experience, you will support the entire sales cycle from our Berlin office or home office, securing the prospect of long-term development within the company.
Your tasks:
New Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers based on our ICP and actively reach out to them to book meetings for our sales experts.
Lead Management & Follow-Up: Qualify inbound inquiries and stay in touch with potential clients who have already received a proposal.
Account Management: Support us in maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
CRM Maintenance: Keep our sales pipeline up to date in the system and assist with administrative sales tasks.

Your profile:
Sales Experience: You already have initial practical experience in sales (e.g., promotion, telesales, inside sales, or fundraising). You know how to communicate successfully with people.
Education: Ideally, you are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree.
Communication Skills: You enjoy being on the phone, are articulate, and have a positive, reliable presence.
Status: You are currently enrolled at a university (ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Business Informatics).
Mindset: You work in a structured manner and thrive in the dynamic environment of a growing SaaS startup.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
