Ihre Ansprechpartner sind PMS-Anbieter, Hotelberater, Buchungsplattformen, unabhängige Hoteliers, Verbände, Hotelketten und weitere Partner. Sie bauen die Pipeline auf, schließen Verträge ab und gestalten die Markteinführungsstrategie direkt mit dem Gründer.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Strategische Führung: Sie übernehmen die Leitung des Verkaufsteams und konzipieren individuelle Verkaufsstrategien sowie Präsentationen zur Neukundengewinnung.
- Portfolio-Erweiterung: Sie identifizieren potenzielle Hotelpartner und etablieren belastbare Beziehungen, um unser internes Netzwerk auszubauen.
- Beziehungsmanagement: Sie betreuen unsere Schlüsselkunden persönlich und sichern durch Ihre Expertise eine vertrauensvolle, langfristige Zusammenarbeit.
- Trend-Monitoring: Zur Identifikation von Marktchancen im Gastgewerbe führen Sie fundierte Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch.
- Effizienzsteigerung: Sie verantworten die Optimierung der Verkaufsprozesse und sorgen so für einen reibungslosen und leistungsstarken Vertriebsablauf.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie, im Gastgewerbe, im Luxusmanagement oder im B2B-Softwarevertrieb.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Kenntnisse im Bereich von Hotel-IT-Systemen und deren Infrastrukturen mit.
- Sie zeigen ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an den Bereichen Vertrieb und Kundenbeziehungsmanagement.
- Sie schätzen die direkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründerteam, arbeiten teamorientiert sowie pragmatisch und sind bereit, bestehende Prozesse konstruktiv zu hinterfragen.
- Sie gehen sicher mit MS Office oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen um.
- Sie behalten auch in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld den Überblick und können verschiedene Aufgaben gut strukturieren und priorisieren.
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch und können Ihre Ideen klar und nachvollziehbar präsentieren.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
