Um unsere redaktionelle Schlagkraft auszubauen und neue strategische Themenfelder zu erschließen, suchen wir einen unternehmerisch denkenden Redaktions-Profi, der als rechte Hand der Geschäftsführung die nächste Wachstumsphase mitgestaltet.
Was erwartet dich?
- Projektleitung: Du begleitest im Auftrag der Geschäftsführung den Aufbau neuer Themenwelten (Verticals). Von der Marktanalyse über die inhaltliche Konzeption bis hin zur Koordination des wirtschaftlichen Go-Live liegt die Projektsteuerung in deiner Hand.
- CEO-Shadowing & Strategie: Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft, bereitest Kooperationen mit Partnerverlagen vor und begleitest die strategische Steuerung der Redaktionsprozesse.
- Operations & Schnittstellen: Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Führungstrio (CvD, Leitender Redakteur, Textchef) zusammen, um die Balance zwischen journalistischem Qualitätsanspruch und effizientem Workflow zu optimieren.
- Innovation & Trends: Du beobachtest Medientrends und identifizierst neue Wege, wie wir unsere Test-Expertise in neue digitale Formate und Märkte übersetzen können.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Journalistisches Fundament: Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Journalismus oder Medienmanagement oder ein Volontariat oder eine vergleichbare journalistische Ausbildung absolviert und verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer modernen Digital-Redaktion.
- Unternehmerisches Denken: Du liebst erstklassigen Content, verstehst aber auch die Business-Mechanismen dahinter (KPIs, Reichweite, Affiliate) und hast Freude daran, Konzepte in messbare Ergebnisse zu verwandeln.
- Projekt-Erfahrung: Du hast bereits bewiesen, dass du redaktionelle Projekte eigenverantwortlich leiten und Teams für neue Ziele begeistern kannst.
- Persönlichkeit: Du bist ein „Redaktionsmensch“ durch und durch – kommunikationsstark, loyal und souverän im Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern.
- Wachstums-Mindset: Du suchst eine Position, in der du nicht nur verwaltest, sondern gestaltest und zunehmend Verantwortung übernehmen kannst.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
