Was erwartet dich?
- Du programmierst, rüstest und bedienst eigenständig moderne CNC-Drehmaschinen zur Fertigung von präzisen Einzelteilen und Kleinserien
- Anhand technischer Zeichnungen fertigst Du komplexe Bauteile und Komponenten mit höchster Genauigkeit an
- Du übernimmst die prozessbegleitende Qualitätskontrolle der Werkstücke mit gängigen Messmitteln und sicherst so unsere hohen Standards
- Zur Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse planst und erstellst Du eigenverantwortlich individuelle Vorrichtungen
- Bei Bedarf unterstützt Du das Team bei Montagearbeiten und übernimmst die Wartung und Pflege Deiner Maschinen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Metallberuf (z. B. als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in) oder relevante Berufserfahrung als Quereinsteiger:in mit
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Bedienung und idealerweise auch in der Programmierung von CNC-Drehmaschinen
- Das Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und der sichere Umgang mit gängigen Messmitteln sind für dich selbstverständlich
- Eine präzise, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen dich aus
- Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse, um einen reibungslosen Austausch im Team zu gewährleisten
