Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking oder Transaction Advisory
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Transaktionsprozesse und Unternehmensbewertungen
- Erfahrung in grenzüberschreitenden Transaktionen von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Strukturierte, diskrete und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
