Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, wie zum Beispiel als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, aber auch motivierte Quereinsteiger:innen mit Berufserfahrung sind willkommen
Du hast Erfahrung im First-Level Support sowie in der telefonischen Betreuung von Kund:innen und Praxis im direkten Kundenkontakt vor Ort (Radius von 100km)
Du hast erste Erfahrung in der Einführung oder Betreuung von Softwarelösungen und verfügst über grundlegende IT-Kenntnisse, wie Windows, Netzwerke und Microsoft 365
Du bringst alternativ Erfahrung aus einem handwerklichen oder kaufmännischen Umfeld mit hoher EDV-Affinität mit
Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus, sodass du komplexe Themen verständlich erklären kannst
Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und hast eine hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
