Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich Projekte der Elektro- und Sicherheitstechnik über alle Leistungsphasen (1-9) der HOAI, von der ersten Planung bis zur finalen Bauüberwachung.
- Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte, gewerkeübergreifende Konzepte in den Bereichen Energieeinsparung, Automation und Gebäudesicherheit.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeitest Du eng mit unseren Kund:innen, Architekt:innen und Fachingenieur:innen zusammen, um Projekte erfolgreich zum Ziel zu führen.
- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen, berätst sie fachkundig zu technischen Möglichkeiten und begleitest sie partnerschaftlich durch die gesamte Projektlaufzeit.
- Du verantwortest die Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten sowie Qualitätsstandards und stellst eine lückenlose Projektdokumentation sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen branchenspezifischen Studienabschluss oder eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Zusatzqualifikation zum Techniker oder Meister (m/w/d).
- Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Elektro- und Sicherheitstechnik mit und kennst dich in der Branche gut aus.
- Im Umgang mit moderner Planungssoftware und den gängigen Office-Tools bist du versiert.
- Deine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise hilft dir, auch komplexe Projekte eigenständig und lösungsorientiert zu steuern.
- Mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deinem Teamgeist überzeugst du im Austausch mit Kunden sowie Projektpartnern und sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C1).
