  • Du befindest dich mindestens im 3. Semester eines relevanten Studiengangs, z. B. BWL, Personalmanagement oder (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie.
  • Du bringst eine hohe Lernbereitschaft mit und hast idealerweise schon erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Umfeld (Recruiting, Employer Branding) gesammelt.
  • Mit deinem Organisationstalent und kreativen Ideen hast du Lust, die Themen Recruiting und Employer Branding aktiv mitzugestalten.
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine offene und empathische Art zeichnen dich aus.
