Dabei arbeitest du eng mit erfahrenen Projektleiter:innen zusammen, die dich Schritt für Schritt an Verantwortung heranführen.

DAS ERWARTET DICH

Mitwirkung in E-Commerce- und Migrationsprojekten: Du unterstützt bei Shop-Migrationen und Plattformprojekten über alle Projektphasen hinweg – von der Anforderungsaufnahme über Testing und Go-Live bis zur Weiterentwicklung der Shops
Projektmanagement im Team: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Projektleiter:innen zusammen, bereitest Projektpläne vor, stimmst To-dos mit unserem Design- und Development-Team ab und sorgst mit dafür, dass alle wissen, was bis wann zu tun ist
Kommunikation mit Kunden & Stakeholdern: Du nimmst an Kundenterminen teil, dokumentierst Anforderungen, erstellst Zusammenfassungen und hilfst dabei, Erwartungen transparent zu managen
Prozesse & Struktur: Du pflegst Tickets in unseren Projektmanagement-Tools, hältst Statusübersichten aktuell und bringst eigene Ideen ein, wie wir Abläufe noch klarer und effizienter machen können

IT'S A MATCH, SOFERN DU...

Ein Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Medien-/Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Bereich abgeschlossen hast (oder kurz davor stehst)
Erste praktische Erfahrung im E-Commerce oder Beratungsumfeld mitbringst (z. B. als Werkstudent:in, im Praktikum oder im ersten Job)
Lust hast, im Projektmanagement durchzustarten: Du organisierst gern, behältst den Überblick und hast Spaß daran, To-dos, Timings und Menschen zusammenzubringen
Schon einmal mit Projektmanagement- oder Kollaborationstools gearbeitet hast (z.B. Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion) – oder motiviert bist, dich schnell einzuarbeiten
Gerne an Schnittstellen arbeitest, mit verschiedenen Teams sprichst und dich nicht scheust, nachzufragen, wenn etwas unklar ist
Dich für E-Commerce begeisterst und neugierig auf Technologien wie Shopify bist – Vorkenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
