- Support: Du unterstützt unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei allen IT-Fragen und stehst ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite
- Hardware & Software: Du überimmst die Installation sowie Konfiguration von Geräten und Anwendungen
- Troubleshooting: Du hilfst aktiv bei der Fehleranalyse und findest nachhaltige Lösungen für technische Probleme
- Infrastruktur: Du wirkst bei der Wartung und Betreuung unserer IT-Landschaft (Netzwerke und Server) mit
- User Management: Du unterstützt uns dabei, Benutzerkonten einzurichten und die passenden Zugriffsrechte zu vergeben
- Dokumentation: Du hältst IT-Prozesse und Systemänderungen schriftlich fest, damit alles nachvollziehbar bleibt
- IT-Sicherheit: Du bringst dich bei der Analyse und Optimierung unserer Sicherheitsmaßnahmen ein, um unsere Systeme zu schützen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
