Wie du dich einbringst
- Du bearbeitest, führst und koordinierst eigenständig immissionsschutz- oder wasserrechtliche Genehmigungsverfahren, einschließlich der Erstellung und Qualitätssicherung von Genehmigungsunterlagen
- Du arbeitest mit Gutachter:innen und Dienstleister:innen bei der Erstellung von Genehmigungsanträgen zusammen
- Du führst Informations- und Abstimmungsgespräche mit Behörden, Kund:innen und weiteren Stakeholdern durch
- Du führst Umwelt-Compliance-Audits durch
- Du berätst zu Fragestellungen im EHS-Bereich, wie Kreislaufwirtschaft, Wasser- oder Immissionsschutzrecht
- Du übernimmst als Teamleitung die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung sowie den Aufbau und die Entwicklung des Teams und steuerst den zielgerichteten Einsatz der Teammitglieder in Angeboten und Projekten im Hinblick auf die Ziele der Business Unit

Was dich zur idealen Verstärkung unseres Teams macht
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der Geo-, Natur-, Umwelt- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über langjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Projektleitung im Bereich Umweltschutz, Regulatory Compliance oder verwandten Bereichen sowie erste Führungserfahrung
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Umweltrechts
- Du hast Kenntnisse im Bereich Health & Safety, die von Vorteil sind
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
