Übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für unser Vertriebsgebiet Ostdeutschland und treiben Sie den Verkauf unserer innovativen Mess- und Regeltechnik voran. Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind eigenverantwortlich für den Vertrieb unserer hochwertigen Mess- und Regeltechnik in den Marktsegmenten kommunale Abwasserbehandlung, mechanisch-biologische Abfallbehandlung und Deponietechnik
- Sie beraten technisch und verkaufen aktiv unsere Produktlinien COMBIMASS® und VACOMASS® – bei Ingenieurbüros, Verbänden, Endkund:innen und Anlagenbauer:innen
- Sie führen Daten- und Situationsanalysen auf Anlagen durch und entwickeln Projekte zur Modernisierung der Mess- und Regeltechnik
- Sie bauen langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf Entscheiderebene auf und pflegen diese
- Sie sind verantwortlich für Projekte von der Akquise bis zur Vertragsverhandlung und beobachten aktiv technische Entwicklungen, um relevante Marktimpulse weiterzugeben
- Sie tragen Umsatz- und Budgetverantwortung für Ihr Vertriebsgebiet und nehmen an Messen und Kundenveranstaltungen teil

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung bzw. ein Studium – idealerweise mit Bezug zur Abwassertechnik
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb und in der Kundenbetreuung
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung, insbesondere bei erklärungsbedürftigen technischen Lösungen
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, zielgerichtet und eigenverantwortlich
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch sehr gut sowie Englisch gut in Wort und Schrift und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen CRM-Systemen
