Was erwartet dich?
- Du programmierst und bedienst eigenständig unsere 3-Achs-Fräsmaschinen (AXA VSC-Serie) mit Heidenhain-Steuerungen (TNC 430, 530, 640), um präzise Bauteile zu fertigen.
- Du rüstest die Maschinen, wählst die passenden Werkzeuge aus und spannst die Bauteile sorgfältig nach technischen Zeichnungen.
- Du übernimmst die anspruchsvolle Zerspanung von hochverschleißfesten Stählen bis 500HB.
- Du sicherst die Qualität deiner Arbeit, indem du die gefertigten Werkstücke eigenständig mit gängigen Mess- und Prüfmitteln kontrollierst.
- Du überwachst den Fertigungsprozess und bist für die regelmäßige Wartung und Pflege deines Maschinenparks verantwortlich.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als Zerspanungsmechaniker:in, und bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im CNC-Fräsen mit.
- Im Umgang mit Heidenhain-Steuerungen (TNC 430, 530, 640) bist du sicher und routiniert.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und präzise nach technischen Zeichnungen.
- Eine gründliche, kostenbewusste und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Als lernbereiter Teamplayer verfügst du über gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1), um dich im Team abzustimmen.
- Idealerweise besitzt du einen Kran- und Staplerschein, dies ist aber keine Voraussetzung.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
