- Junior Consultant Restrukturierung & Operations (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Analyse von Geschäftsmodellen, Marktumfeldern und operativen Strukturen bei Kunden in Krisensituationen
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Restrukturierungskonzepten, integrierten Finanzplanungen und Gutachten
- Unterstützung bei der Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Produktion, Logistik und Supply Chain
- Durchführung von Daten- und Potenzialanalysen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Begleitung von Workshops und Kundenterminen gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Consultants
- Mitwirkung bei Projekt-Management-Office-Tätigkeiten und Stakeholder-Kommunikation
- Operative Umsetzungsbegleitung direkt vor Ort beim Kunden (Reisebereitschaft erforderlich)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Absolvent oder Young Professional mit einem abgeschlossenen Bachelor-Studium bevorzugt im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Operations Management
- Überdurchschnittlicher Bachelor-Abschluss mit 210 ECTS (Bewerber mit 180 ECTS können 30 ECTS in einem Zusatzmodul erwerben)
- Nachgewiesene Englischkenntnisse Niveau B2 (nach GER) gemäß § 2 der Sprachensatzung der HSRT
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office mit Schwerpunkt auf Excel und PowerPoint
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen sind von Vorteil, nachgewiesen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten oder erste Berufserfahrung
- Analytische und strukturierte Herangehensweise an neue Themenfelder
- Selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und hohe Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
- Von Vorteil: Erfahrungen Analysetool wie Microsoft Power BI

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
