- Du steuerst den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess für Positionen vor allem im Vertriebsbereich – von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Einstellung - und schaffst es, mit deiner Begeisterung für Menschen und unser Saatgut, Verkaufstalente für uns zu gewinnen und langfristig ans Unternehmen zu binden
- Du nutzt moderne Recruiting-Methoden, um Verkaufstalente und andere Fachkräfte für unser Unternehmen zu gewinnen, übernimmst das Active Sourcing und baust damit Kandidatenpools auf. Du identifizierst wechselwillige Kandidaten über verschiedene Plattformen und sprichst sie an
- Du entwickelst neue Strategien zur Optimierung unserer Recruiting-Prozesse, um eine zielgruppenspezifische Candidate Journey aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln
- Du repräsentierst unser Unternehmen auf Landwirtschafts- und Agrarmessen, Jobmessen sowie Karriereveranstaltungen und pflegst Netzwerke, beispielsweise zu Hochschulen und anderen Kooperationspartnern
- Du führst Vorstellungsgespräche, prüfst Qualifikationen und koordinierst den gesamten Einstellungsprozess
- Du begleitest die Fachkräfte in der Einstiegsphase und stellst sicher, dass sich Bewerbende jederzeit professionell und wertschätzend betreut fühlen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Personalbereich oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting mit Schwerpunkt auf Active Sourcing mit Kenntnissen in Recruiting Tools wie LinkedIn Recruiter oder Xing Talent Manager
- Du bist eine stark extrovertierte Persönlichkeit mit natürlichem Drang, Kontakte aufzubauen und zu pflegen und überzeugst durch dein gewinnendes Auftreten und deine Kommunikationsstärke
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und idealerweise einen Background aus der Landwirtschaft bzw. Branchenkenntnisse
