Was erwartet dich?
- Du installierst und konfigurierst Hard- und Softwarekomponenten sowie Betriebssysteme wie Windows und Linux
- Du baust lokale und firmeninterne Netzwerke auf und wartest diese, einschließlich TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
- Du verwaltest Benutzerrechte, Datenbanken und Serverdienste wie Active Directory, DNS und DHCP
- Du analysierst und behebst Störungen in der IT-Infrastruktur im 1st und 2nd Level Support
- Du richtest Sicherheitsmechanismen ein und pflegst diese
- Du erstellst technische Dokumentationen und Wartungsprotokolle
- Du unterstützt bei kleineren IT-Projekten und Migrationsaufgaben und berätst Nutzer:innen bei Hardware- und Softwarefragen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens einen Realschulabschluss
- Du begeisterst dich für IT-Technologien und digitale Systeme
- Du kannst Zusammenhänge erkennen und lösungsorientiert arbeiten
- Du bist teamfähig und hast Freude an der Betreuung von Kund:innen
- Du beherrschst Deutsch in Wort und Schrift auf dem Niveau, das für technische Dokumentation erforderlich ist, und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Computern oder eigenen Bastelprojekten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
