Die Abteilung Vermögende Kunden betreut ca. 50% des Wertpapiervolumens der Bank. Jeder Betreuer (m/w/d) verantwortet einen Kundenstamm mit ca. 200-220 Einheiten vermögender Privatkunden. Die Betreuung des zugeordneten Segments verfolgt einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz, welcher durch den Einsatz leistungsfähiger Software zur individuellen Entwicklung des Kundenportfolios unterstützt wird.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie betreuen unsere Private-Banking-Kund:innen mit Schwerpunkt im Wertpapier- und Vorsorgegeschäft zu den Themen Investmentfonds, Zertifikaten sowie Vermögensverwaltungen und Rentenversicherungen
- Sie analysieren die Vermögensanlagen bestehender Kund:innen ganzheitlich, optimieren die Portfolios und beraten bedarfsgerecht
- Sie führen Strategiegespräche mittels NAVIGATO und gewinnen neue Kund:innen und Kundenverbindungen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den Firmenkundenbetreuer:innen zusammen, ziehen bei Bedarf die Produktspezialist:innen des Verbundes hinzu und leiten über an das Consulting Team
- Sie gestalten das Netzwerk unserer Bank aktiv mit und nehmen in diesem Rahmen auch repräsentative Aufgaben wahr

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) mit fachspezifischer Weiterbildung (z.B. wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, Bankfachwirt, Bankbetriebswirt) absolviert
- Sie verfügen über die Qualifikation zur Beratung von Finanzinstrumenten der Risikoklasse III oder höher (z.B. VR-BeraterPass Privatkundenberatung der GenoAkademie)
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der ganzheitlichen Betreuung von Privatkund:innen mit
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein sicheres Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus und verfügen über eine hohe Zielstrebigkeit und Entscheidungssicherheit
- Sie sind eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die bereit ist, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, arbeiten gerne eigenverantwortlich und haben eine hohe Markt- und Kundenorientierung
