Was erwartet dich?
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner verantwortest du die Betreuung und den Ausbau deines eigenen Portfolios an Gewerbekunden in den Komposit-Sparten (Sach, Haftpflicht, Transport).
- Du analysierst präzise die Risikosituation und den Bedarf deiner Kunden, entwickelst daraus maßgeschneiderte Versicherungslösungen und platzierst diese am Markt.
- Von der Angebotserstellung über die Verhandlung mit Versicherern bis zum Vertragsabschluss steuerst du den gesamten Prozess aktiv, unterstützt durch moderne Maklerverwaltungsprogramme.
- Du agierst als wichtige Schnittstelle und pflegst eine partnerschaftliche Kommunikation mit deinen Kunden, Versicherern und externen Dienstleistern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Versicherungen und Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung im Bereich der gewerblichen Kompositversicherung mit und verstehst unternehmerische Risiken.
- Mit deiner serviceorientierten und kommunikationsstarken Art findest du eigenverantwortlich die besten Lösungen für deine Kund:innen.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise schon mit einem Maklerverwaltungsprogramm gearbeitet.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1) runden dein Profil ab.
