Wir arbeiten mit einem aktiv gepflegten Netzwerk von Digital Experts und arbeiten vertrauensvoll mit unserem kuratierten Netzwerk an Partnern zusammen.
Neben der technischen Passung stellen wir den Cultural Projekt-Fit sicher und betreuen den Experten im Projektgeschehen und Kudnenseitig auch.
Schwerpunkte sind z. B. Softwareentwicklung, PM, IT-Security, Daten.
Von der Anfrage bis zur Platzierung dürchläuft einen klaren QS-Prozess (u. a. Profil-/Referenzcheck, Abgleich zu Muss/Soll, fachliches Screening) . Während des Einsatzes sichern wir Qualität über 360°-Feedback, KPI-basiertes Reporting und regelmäßige Reviews.
Was erwartet dich?
- Active Sourcing (60%): Identifikation & Ansprache von IT-Talenten (u. a. LinkedIn/XING, Talentpools, freelance.de, freelancermap)
- Qualifizierung: Erstgespräche, Tech-Basics einschätzen, Verfügbarkeit & Motivation klären
- Koordination: Termine/Interviews organisieren, Kommunikation mit Kandidat:innen & Team
- CRM & Datenqualität (Microsoft Dynamics): Statuspflege, Dokumentation, saubere Prozessschritte
- PMO/Orga (40%): Übersichten/Tracking, kleine Reports, Follow-ups, To-dos
- Vertragsvorbereitung: Unterlagen zusammenstellen, Checklisten, formale Sorgfalt

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
