- betreuung und ausbau der top-25-bestandskunden in der frischelogistik
- gewinnung von neukunden und entwicklung strategischer accounts
- verantwortung für umsatz, budget und ergebnis des bereichs
- führung und weiterentwicklung des regionalen sales-teams des bereichs
- enge zusammenarbeit mit den regional sales managern bei strategischen vertriebsprojekten
- steuerung der vertriebsaktivitäten über klare kpis
- aufbau eines strukturierten management-reportings für top-kunden
- aktive weiterentwicklung des crm-systems
- koordination grösserer ausschreibungen gemeinsam mit tender & kalkulation

alternativ mehrjährige einschlägige vertriebserfahrung im logistikumfeld - mehrjährige erfolgreiche b2b-vertriebserfahrung in erklärungsbedürftigen dienstleistungen
- idealerweise erfahrung in kep-/fracht-/ oder frischelogistik
