Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst fachlich Arbeitspakete und entsprechende Teams im COC für alle Projektphasen
- Du entwickelst technische Konzepte in enger interdisziplinärer Abstimmung mit den entsprechenden Fachabteilungen
- Du wirkst bei der Angebotsbearbeitung in Ausschreibungen mit, einschließlich Bid/No-Bid-Decision, Leistungsbeschreibung und Kostenkalkulation in der Sales-Phase
- Du bereitest Workshops und Gate Reviews vor und führst diese intern und extern mit Lieferant:innen zur Erreichung der entsprechenden Projektziele durch
- Du leitest, planst und koordinierst die prozesstechnische Inbetriebnahme von komplexen Gesamtanlagen
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse und wendest relevante Normen und Vorschriften an (z. B. BetrSichV, DGRL, TBRS/TRGS, ISO/DIN, VDI, ATEX) und erstellst sowie bewertest verfahrenstechnische Unterlagen
- Du gehst sicher mit Prozesssimulationssoftware (z. B. Aspen, ProSim, CHEMCAD) und gängigen CAD-/CAE-Tools um
- Du erarbeitest die prozesstechnische Dokumentation und stellst die Qualität für die Genehmigungsplanung, Zertifizierung und Projektenddokumentation (as built) sicher
- Du kommunizierst und koordinierst effizient mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Risikoanalyse von Projekten in allen Planungsphasen mit und förderst den Wissenstransfer aus Projekten (Lessons Learned)
- Du nimmst an HAZOPs und anderen Safety Reviews teil und besuchst externe und interne Projekt-Review Meetings

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (10+ Jahre) in der Planung und Abwicklung von komplexen technischen Anlagen mit, idealerweise im Bereich grüner Wasserstoff oder in der Energie-/Prozessindustrie
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik oder Maschinenbau
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du handelst betriebswirtschaftlich auf Basis von Budgets und Produktivitätsvorgaben und gehst routiniert mit MS Office-Programmen um
- Du bist flexibel, belastbar und verantwortungsbewusst
- Du hast sehr gute Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Englisch
