Als Enterprise Account Executive übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den systematischen Ausbau unserer bestehenden Markt-Cluster und die Entwicklung neuer strategischer Kundenbeziehungen.
Du führst komplexe Vertriebsprozesse mit mehrmonatigen Entscheidungszyklen, arbeitest auf Fachbereichs- und Managementebene und entwickelst aus initialen Anwendungsfällen langfristige, skalierbare Kundenpartnerschaften.
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Geschäftsführer zusammen und übernimmst mit zunehmender Verantwortung eigenständig Closing-Aufgaben.

Was erwartet dich?

Du identifizierst und entwickelst Zielaccounts innerhalb definierter Branchencluster und baust belastbare Beziehungen auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen der Organisation auf.
Du führst strukturierte Discovery-Gespräche, erarbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Kunden konkrete Anwendungsfälle und übersetzt diese gemeinsam mit dem Tech-Team in wirtschaftlich belastbare Projektansätze.
Du steuerst mehrstufige Enterprise-Sales-Prozesse, treibst Deals aktiv voran, identifizierst Entscheider und gestaltest klare Entscheidungswege.
Du entwickelst aus initialen Projekten strategische „Land & Expand“-Ansätze und arbeitest eng mit Produkt- und Delivery-Teams zusammen, um nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen.
Du pflegst deine Opportunities systematisch im CRM (HubSpot) und arbeitest datenbasiert an Forecast und Pipeline-Qualität.

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Softwarelösungen, idealerweise im Enterprise- oder gehobenen Mittelstandssegment.
Du bist vertraut mit mehrmonatigen Entscheidungszyklen, komplexen Stakeholder-Strukturen und Verhandlungen auf Management- oder Geschäftsführungsebene.
Du arbeitest strukturiert, bist in der Lage, mehrere Opportunities parallel zu steuern und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Prozessen den Überblick.
Technische Zusammenhänge kannst du erfassen und wirtschaftlich argumentieren – ohne selbst Entwickler zu sein.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir voraus; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
