Du wirst Teil eines agilen, internationalen Entwicklerteams, das Webanwendungen für den europäischen B2C-Vertrieb und für die mobile Kundenapp entwickelt.
Deine zukĂĽnftigen Aufgaben:
- Du verantwortest die technische Weiterentwicklung unserer europaweit genutzten Webanwendungen im B2C-Bereich
- Dabei setzt du moderne Standards in der Softwareentwicklung und entwickelst unsere Backend-Architektur aktiv weiter
- Du förderst Innovation im Team durch Designdiskussionen, Code-Reviews und Mentoring und bist Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Entwickler (m/w/d)
- Gemeinsam in einem internationalen, agilen Team erarbeitest und gestaltest du den gesamten Software-Lebenszyklus aktiv mit – von der Auswahl moderner Technologien bis hin zur Qualitätssicherung, Schnittstellen- und Sicherheitskonzepten
- Du analysierst Anforderungen mit dem Product Owner und übersetzt sie in überzeugende User Stories, um gemeinsam innovative Lösungen zu schaffen
- Eine kontinuierliche Optimierung der Software-Komponenten durch enge Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern wird groĂźgeschrieben

Dein heutiges Profil:
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der technischen (Projekt-)Führung innerhalb der Softwareentwicklung mit. Dabei verfügst du über ein fundiertes Know-how in objektorientierter Softwareentwicklung und ein tiefgehendes Verständnis für moderne Software-Architekturen
- Mit Technologien wie REST, PHP, SQL (z. B. PostgreSQL) und Docker bist du bestens vertraut – idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung mit Kubernetes, GitLab, CI/CD sowie im Frontend mit TypeScript und React oder Vue.js
- Eigeninitiative, eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und starkes Organisationstalent zeichnen dich aus
- Du bewegst dich sicher sowohl im Dialog ĂĽber technisches Programmdesign als auch bei fachlichen Anforderungen und Business-Needs - so setzt du Impulse fĂĽr die Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Bestenfalls sind DevOps-Prinzipien wie Containerisierung, Scripting und CI/CD-Pipelines für dich tägliches Handwerkszeug. Interdisziplinäres Arbeiten begeistert dich
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Architekturmustern und -methoden mit – idealerweise auch in Microservice-Architekturen
- Du bist kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch auf min. B2/C1 Niveau
