Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst Firmware und hardwarenahe Software für Mikrocontroller, inklusive der Implementierung von Kommunikationsprotokollen wie CAN-Bus
- Du designst und programmierst intuitive Benutzeroberflächen und Steuerungssoftware unter Verwendung moderner Frameworks wie Qt
- Du integrierst Systeme, indem du Prototypen im Labor in Betrieb nimmst, Hardware und Software zusammenbringst und die Funktionalität direkt am Gerät testest
- Du pflegst, optimierst und entwickelst bestehende Software-Lösungen über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder Technische Informatik mit vertieftem Wissen in der Mikrocontroller-Technik
- Du beherrschst C/C++ sicher und wendest diese Kenntnisse routiniert an
- Du hast Erfahrung mit dem Qt Framework als Entwicklungsumgebung für grafische Benutzeroberflächen
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in der Feldbuskommunikation, speziell im Umgang mit dem CAN-Bus, und hast Erfahrungen bei Industrie-Bus-Kommunikation (EtherCAT, Profibus, usw.)
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Messtechnik
- Du verstehst dich als Brückenbauer:in zwischen Elektronik und Informatik und agierst selbstständig, denkst analytisch und schätzt die Freiheit, eigene Lösungswege zu finden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
