Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Unternehmenskommunikation, indem du bei der internen Kommunikation mitwirkst, z. B. durch Intranet-Beiträge und Mitarbeitendeninformationen
- Du erstellst zielgruppengerechte Texte für verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle
- Du konzipierst und bereitest Präsentationen und Kommunikationskonzepte auf
- Du koordinierst und setzt Kommunikationsprojekte um
- Du misst den Erfolg von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen durch Auswertungen und Reportings
- Du arbeitest in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit und übernimmst organisatorische sowie administrative Aufgaben
- Du bearbeitest eigenständig kleinere Teilprojekte nach Einarbeitung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist immatrikuliert im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Marketing, Markenführung und Unternehmenskommunikation
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und zuverlässig, bist kreativ, zeigst Eigeninitiative und hast ein gutes Gespür für Sprache und Zielgruppen
- Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in Social Media, Content-Erstellung oder digitalen Kommunikationskanälen und Interesse am Einsatz moderner KI-Tools, z. B. zur Content-Erstellung, Recherche oder Analyse
- Du bist team- und kommunikationsstark, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Lernfreude und bist offen gegenüber neuen Technologien
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um, insbesondere mit PowerPoint und Excel, und hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Investitionen in erneuerbare Energien und der Ausbau der Fernwärme sind Karlsruher Beiträge zur Energiewende.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
