Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst als zentrale Unterstützung der Finanzabteilung eigenverantwortlich die Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen und allgemeine Buchhaltungsaufgaben
- Du unterstützt bei der termingerechten Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse und beim regelmäßigen Reporting
- Du analysierst die Ergebnisse der Monatsabschlüsse und identifizierst gezielt Stärken und Optimierungspotenziale
- Du treibst die Professionalisierung und Effizienzsteigerung unserer Buchhaltungs- und Finanzprozesse aktiv voran
- Du unterstützt das Team proaktiv bei administrativen Aufgaben im Finanzwesen
- Du trägst mit deiner präzisen Arbeitsweise zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung interner Abläufe bei

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst im Bereich Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du konntest bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Accounting & Controlling sammeln.
- Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau.
- Du arbeitest gerne analytisch und verfügst über fortgeschrittene MS Excel / Google Sheets Kenntnisse.
- Du hast eine hohe Affinität für Zahlen, arbeitest detailorientiert, proaktiv und kannst deine Zeit eigenständig einteilen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
