DEINE AUFGABEN
- Du kommunizierst schriftlich und telefonisch mit unseren Kunden
- Du pflegst Daten in unserem CRM-System (Odoo)
- Du übernimmst die Administration und das Onboarding neuer Kunden in den Einkaufsportalen
- Du bearbeitest Lieferantenfragebögen und hältst unsere entsprechende Informationsdatenbank aktuell
- Du erstellst Vorlagen und Übersetzungen
- Du unterstützt bei Prozessbeschreibungen
- Du greifst uns auch im Bereich „Customer Trainings“ unter die Arme
- Für unsere jährliche Checkmk-Konferenz hilfst du beim Ticketverkauf und unterstützt vor, während und nach der Konferenz
- Du übernimmst zusätzliche Projekte und Aufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Kollegen und unterstützt so unser Sales-Team

DEIN PROFIL
- Du bist als Student (m/w/d) in einem kaufmännischen oder IT-nahen Studiengang eingeschrieben
- Du hilfst Kunden sowie Kollegen gerne und Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit ist sehr gut
- Du besitzt eine selbstständige und struturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und verfügst zudem über gute Englischkenntnisse
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Funktion sammeln
- Du lässt dich von ein bisschen Chaos nicht unterkriegen und behältst einen kühlen Kopf, wenn es mal brennt

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
