- Sie begleiten Techniker auf die Rechenzentrumsfläche
- Sie überprüfen visuell die durchgeführten Tätigkeiten, die Einsatzzeit und den Einsatzort der Techniker im Rechenzentrum
- Sie prüfen und überwachen die anfallenden Aufgaben in Kundentools und dokumentieren diese
