Wir helfen Bauträgern und Immobilienmaklern dabei, auch in der aktuell schwierigen Wirtschaftslage erfolgreich ihre Wohneinheiten zu verkaufen. Dabei gewinnen wir über neue, digitale Vertriebskanäle wie Instagram, Facebook, Google und LinkedIn qualifizierte Kaufinteressentenanfragen wie am Fließband. Mit einem mittleren 6-stelligen Jahresumsatz und als #bootstrapped Start-up wollen wir schnellstmöglich deutschlandweit zu der #1 Lösung für Bauträger im Immobilienvertrieb werden. Die Geschäftsführung skaliert aktuell auch ein zweites Startup, woran du ebenfalls mitwirken könntest.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bereitest die Buchhaltung für zwei Gesellschaften so weit vor, dass die USt-VA reibungslos erfolgen kann. Du bist unser „Point of Contact“ für die Belegaufbereitung
- Du behältst unsere offenen Posten im Blick, führst das Mahnwesen durch und klärst Unstimmigkeiten direkt mit Kunden und Dienstleistern
- Du unterstützt im Zahlungsverkehr und führst den Kontrollabgleich zwischen Gehältern und Lohnjournal durch
- Du arbeitest sicher in unserer digitalen Umgebung (DATEV Unternehmen Online, Lexoffice) und hilfst uns, die Prozesse darin noch smarter zu gestalten
- Du erstellst Rechnungen eigenständig nach den Vorgaben des HGB und kümmerst dich um den monatlichen Kostenausgleich sowie die Werbekostenverrechnung
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse und bereitest Ad-hoc-Analysen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsführung auf

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst aktuell Wirtschaftswissenschaften (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Accounting), Wirtschaftsmathematik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Rechnungswesen oder in der Buchhaltung gesammelt und kennst die Grundregeln der Rechnungsstellung nach HGB
- Du kennst dich bestenfalls bereits etwas mit Buchhaltungssystemen wie Lexoffice oder DATEV Unternehmen Online aus
- Finanztools wie GoCardless sind dir nicht fremd
- Du verfügst über exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

In your application overview at Workwise you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
Can other companies see where else I have applied?
No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
