Werkstudent für digitale Transformation und KI (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest und unterstützt bei verschiedenen Projekten zur digitalen Transformation, von der Prozessanalyse und -optimierung bis zur Einführung neuer digitaler Lösungen
- Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen, um Potenziale für den Einsatz von KI und Automatisierung durch KI-Agenten zu identifizieren, und arbeitest bei der Konzeption, Prototypenentwicklung und Implementierung von intelligenten Agenten mit
- Du erstellst Schulungsunterlagen und führst Schulungen für Mitarbeitende zur Nutzung neuer KI-Tools und -Anwendungen durch. Du unterstützt die Anwender:innen bei Fragen und Herausforderungen im Umgang mit KI-Technologien
- Du recherchierst und bewertest neue Technologien, Trends und Tools im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz (insbesondere GenAI und KI-Agenten) sowie angrenzenden Digitalisierungsthemen
- Du arbeitest bei der Erfassung und Analyse von Fachanforderungen und deren Übersetzung in technische Konzepte für digitale Lösungen und KI-Anwendungen mit
- Du unterstützt aktiv im Projektmanagement von Digitalisierungs- und KI-Projekten, einschließlich der Erstellung von Zeitplänen, Dokumentationen und der Vorbereitung von Meetings
- Du erstellst Präsentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Berichte für interne und externe Stakeholder zu Digitalisierungs- und KI-Themen
- Du übernimmst administrative und operative Aufgaben zur Entlastung, um einen reibungslosen Projekt- und Abteilungsablauf zu gewährleisten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist Student:in der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Data Science oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an digitaler Transformation, Automatisierung und Künstlicher Intelligenz
- Du verfügst über eine strukturierte Denkweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Geschäftsprozesse zu analysieren und Optimierungspotenziale zu erkennen
- Du hast erste Berührungspunkte mit digitalen Tools, Automatisierungsplattformen oder Programmierung, was von Vorteil ist
- Du bist fähig, komplexe Inhalte verständlich aufzubereiten und adressatengerecht zu präsentieren
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
