Als Sachbearbeiter:in Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d) in Hamburg (30 Std./Woche, Vollzeit-Option perspektivisch möglich) bereitest Du eigenständig die Abrechnung via DATEV LODAS vor und kümmerst dich um die Stammdatenpflege für Debitoren und Kreditoren. Dein Aufgabengebiet umfasst zudem die Reisekostenabrechnung, das Meldewesen sowie die Mitarbeit in der Personalverwaltung. Du bringst fundiertes Wissen im Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie Routine in DATEV Rechnungswesen und MS Office 365 mit. Kenntnisse in CrewBrain oder Easyjob sind von Vorteil. Wir bieten ein agiles Umfeld auf Augenhöhe.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst die laufende Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit dem Programm DATEV LODAS durch
- Du erstellst Meldebescheinigungen und wickelst das Bescheinigungswesen ab
- Du klärst lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Sachverhalte
- Du bearbeitest nationale und internationale Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Du arbeitest in der Zeitwirtschaft und Personalverwaltung mit
- Du pflegst Stammdaten von Debitoren und Kreditoren und kommunizierst mit Krankenkassen und Sozialversicherungsträgern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du hast idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zur Fachkraft Lohn & Gehalt absolviert
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung auf Senior-Level mit
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in den Programmen DATEV LODAS und DATEV Rechnungswesen
- Du hast Kenntnisse in CrewBrain und Easyjob, was von Vorteil ist
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den Anwendungen MS Office 365
- Du verfügst über fundiertes Wissen im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
