Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sichten, lesen und verstehen Projekt-Unterlagen vollständig
- Sie legen das Leistungsverzeichnis im Kalkulations-Programm an (Funktionale Leistungsbeschreibungen oder Leistungsverzeichnisse / individuell oder per GAEB)
- Sie teilen die Leistungsverzeichnisse für die Anfragen bei Bietenden / Lieferanten auf
- Sie kalkulieren KEK eigene Gewerke im Kalkulationsprogramm
- Sie klären technische Fragen mit Bietenden/Lieferanten sowie mit Kund:innen/Projektteam
- Sie stellen Bieter-Anfragen zusammen, versenden, haken nach, werten aus, prüfen und hinterfragen bei Bedarf
- Sie legen Kalkulationsgrundlagen selbständig nach wirtschaftlicher Sinnhaftigkeit fest und arbeiten diese in das Kalkulationsprogramm ein
- Sie erstellen Anschreiben und dokumentieren gemäß unseren Standard-Vorgaben
- Sie bereiten die Projektunterlagen für die Übergabe beauftragter Angebote an das Bauteam vor und nach
- Sie nehmen Reisetätigkeiten im Rahmen der Projektbearbeitung wahr

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Gebäude-/Energie-/Elektro-/Versorgungstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (Anlagemechaniker:in / Elektriker:in / Ingenieur:in / Meister:in / Techniker:in / Anlagemechaniker:in Klima, Lüftung, Sanitär)
- Sie verfügen über fachliche Kenntnisse in den TGA-Gewerken und deren Schnittstellen
- Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen, Kund:innen und Mitarbeitenden
- Sie treten motiviert und engagiert auf und haben eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, Kontaktfreudigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst
- Sie beherrschen die gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen – insbesondere Excel, Word und Outlook und sprechen Deutsch auf C2 Niveau

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
