Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt unsere Projektmanager:innen und Projektleiter:innen in unseren Großprojekten im Bereich der Verkehrsinfrastruktur mit Fokus auf Bahn und Mobilität
- Du organisierst und wickelst Projekte ab, einschließlich Terminplanung, Termin- und Aufgabenverfolgung, interner Organisationsroutinen, Kostennachverfolgung und Prognosen sowie Dokumentation
- Du stimmst dich mit Auftraggeber:innen und Planungspartner:innen intern und extern ab
- Du wächst sukzessive in das eigenverantwortliche Projektmanagement für unsere Projekte hinein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet
- Du bringst Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement und Projektorganisation mit
- Du hast Interesse an und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Infrastrukturplanung, Bauingenieurwesen, Wasserbau, Geotechnik, Verkehrsplanung, Brückenbau, Tunnelbau, Umweltplanung, Spezialtiefbau, Tragwerksplanung oder ähnlichen Bereichen
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und MS Project
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
