Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst vorqualifizierte Leads vom Sales Development Representative (SDR) und führst Qualifizierungsgespräche und Produktdemos durch
- Du verstehst die Anforderungen der Kund:innen und qualifizierst sie mit der MEDDICC-Methode
- Du erstellst passgenaue Angebote, verhandelst Vertragsbedingungen und begleitest die Kund:innen bis zum Abschluss, während du Upselling Potenziale identifizierst
- Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, SDRs und dem gesamten Sales Team zusammen, um Umsatzwachstum zu sichern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein (abgeschlossenes) Bachelorstudium
- Du hast Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb und kennst den kompletten Sales-Prozess vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschluss
- Du bringst Verhandlungsgeschick und ein sicheres Auftreten in Gesprächen mit Entscheidungsträger:innen mit
- Du verstehst komplexe Business-Software-Lösungen und kannst deren Mehrwert überzeugend darstellen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert mit CRM-Systemen, behältst deine Pipeline jederzeit im Blick und bist kommunikationsstark, zielorientiert und hast Spaß daran, Deals erfolgreich abzuschließen
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, bist engagiert, mutig und hast Lust, Neues auszuprobieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
