Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und bearbeitest Bestandspläne (Grundrisse, Schnitte, Ansichten)
- Du überträgst Laserscan-Daten / Punktwolken in CAD-Zeichnungen
- Du bereitest Bestandsunterlagen auf und strukturierst sie
- Du arbeitest eng mit Architekt:innen, Planer:innen und Projektleiter:innen zusammen
- Du sicherst die zeichnerische Qualität und Planungsgenauigkeit
- Du bist bereit, im Home Office zu arbeiten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast erste Erfahrung mit CAD-Programmen (z. B. AutoCAD, Revit oder ähnliche)
- Du studierst im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Bautechnik oder vergleichbar
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Punktwolken / Laserscandaten
- Du hast ein technisches Verständnis und arbeitest sorgfältig und strukturiert
- Du bist eigenständig, zuverlässig und teamfähig
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
