Was erwartet dich?
- Du verwandelst komplexe Laserscan-Daten (Punktwolken) in präzise 2D- und 3D-Bestandsmodelle und erstellst daraus mit CAD-Programmen detaillierte Grundrisse, Schnitte und Ansichten
- In enger Abstimmung mit unseren Architekt:innen und Projektleiter:innen bereitest du Planungsunterlagen für vielfältige Bauprojekte auf und strukturierst diese
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Qualitätskontrolle deiner Zeichnungen und stellst sicher, dass alle Pläne unseren hohen Genauigkeitsstandards entsprechen
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Digitalisierung von Bestandsgebäuden mit und erhältst dabei wertvolle Einblicke in den gesamten Workflow von der Datenerfassung bis zum finalen Plan
- Du pflegst und verwaltest die Projektdaten sorgfältig in unseren Systemen und unterstützt das Team bei der Dokumentation

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast erste Erfahrung mit CAD-Programmen (z. B. AutoCAD, Revit oder ähnliche)
- Du studierst im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Bautechnik oder vergleichbar
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Punktwolken / Laserscandaten
- Du hast ein technisches Verständnis und arbeitest sorgfältig und strukturiert
- Du bist eigenständig, zuverlässig und teamfähig
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
