DEINE AUFGABEN
- Dokumentenmanagement: Gemeinsame Umsetzung von Vertragsänderungen und Erstellung personenbezogener Dokumente
- Administration: Eigenverantwortliche Unterstützung bei verschiedenen administrativen Aufgaben und Prozessen
- Datenmanagement & HR-System: Pflege digitaler Personalstammdaten und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen und Fristen
- On- & Offboarding: Begleitung des Onboarding-Prozesses und eigenständige Übernahme von Prozessschritten im On- sowie Offboarding
- Events: Unterstützung, Planung & Umsetzung von unseren jährlichen Team-Events wie bspw. das Summer-Event und die End-of-Year Party
- People Projects: Mitwirkung und eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Projekten um die Mitarbeiterbindung zu stärken, Prozesse zu verbessern & neu Trends zu testen
- Collaboration: Vertiefte Einblicke und enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams, unter anderem People & Culture, Finance sowie Office Management

DEIN PROFIL
- Du bist als Student*in (m/w/d) in einem kaufmännischen, personalwirtschaftlichen oder vergleichbaren Studiengang eingeschrieben
- Du bringst idealerweise schon erste Erfahrung im Bereich People & Culture mit - erste Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Personio sind ein großes Plus
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, gewissenhaft und absolut diskret, insbesondere im Umgang mit sensiblen Personaldaten
- Du bist eine offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit und Teamgeist sowie Humor sind Dir genauso wichtig wie uns
- Eingebettet in ein eingespieltes Team, lieferst Du zuverlässige Ergebnisse und hast einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an Deine Arbeit
- Fließend Deutsch und Englisch zu sprechen und zu schreiben, fällt Dir leicht

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
