- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Bauleitung, Prüfung und Abrechnung von Bauleistungen im Hochbau mit Schwerpunkt Wohnungsbau, inklusive schlüsselfertiger Übergabe an die Endkund:innen
- Sie kontrollieren die Qualität, Zeit und Kosten der Bauvorhaben
- Sie führen Vor-Ort-Begehungen durch
- Sie überprüfen Pläne und Leistungsverzeichnisse auf Vollständigkeit sowie Plausibilität
- Sie steuern die Gewerke und Dienstleister vor Ort und stellen einheitliche Prozessabläufe sicher
- Sie führen kontinuierliche Soll-Ist-Vergleiche des Projektstandes durch und sind erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für Handwerksfirmen, Sachverständige, Behörden, Versorgungsunternehmen und Kund:innen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder in Architektur abgeschlossen bzw. eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hochbau, idealerweise im Wohnungsbau in der Bauleitung oder im Baumanagement
- Sie verfügen über einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Sie kennen die Unfallverhütungsvorschriften auf Baustellen
- Sie treten sicher auf und haben Verhandlungsgeschick mit Baufirmen und Nachunternehmer:innen
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein und arbeiten selbstständig, systematisch sowie gut organisiert
- Sie sind routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office, haben gute Deutschkenntnisse und bereichern als motivierte:r Teamplayer:in unser Team

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
