Deine Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams in der Immobilienverwaltung
- Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Verwaltung von Wohn- und/oder Gewerbeimmobilien
- Steuerung und Optimierung interner Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe
- Ansprechpartner:in für Eigentümer:innen, Beiräte und externe Dienstleister
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben (WEG, Mietrecht etc.)
- Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
- Mitwirkung bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Immobilien
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung
- Erste Führungserfahrung oder der klare Wunsch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Gute Kenntnisse im Miet- und/oder WEG-Recht
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamgeist
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Verwaltungs- und Office-Tools

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
