Was erwartet dich?
- beim Pflegen von Projekten im ERP-System
- im Project Management und dem Project Controlling
- bei Lagerarbeiten & -verwaltung, Materialfahrten, Besorgungsfahrten, Materialbereitstellung (z.B. technisches Equipment, Personal Protection Equipment)
- bei Recherchearbeiten, Dokumentenablage und Datenbankpflege, z.B. stetige Pflege unseres Crewing Tools und unseres Bewerbermanagement-Systems (ATS)
- bei der allgemeinen administrativen Unterstützung in verschiedenen Abteilungen
- bei der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Präsentationen
- bei Sonderprojekten, z.B. Planung von Messen und Events

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) – unabhängig vom Studiengang
- Führerschein der Klasse B und die Möglichkeit, wöchentlich im Büro zu unterstützen
- Verfügbarkeit von 16 bis 20 Stunden pro Woche
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere mit Word und Excel
- Verlässlichkeit und organisierte Arbeitsweise
- Einverstanden mit der angegebenen Gehaltsspanne und der Option zur Anhebung entsprechend deiner Verantwortlichkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
