Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen: Du berätst sie fachkundig zum Einsatz unserer Baumaschinen, pflegst den Kontakt und gewinnst im Innen- und Außendienst neue Projekte.
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Disposition unseres Mietparks, planst die Transporte und koordinierst die termingerechte Übergabe sowie die Rücknahme der Maschinen.
- Du managst den gesamten Auftragsprozess von der Angebotserstellung über die Abwicklung in unserem ERP-System bis hin zur finalen Rechnungsstellung.
- Du stellst die Qualität sicher, indem du zurückgegebene Maschinen prüfst, eventuelle Schäden aufnimmst und die weitere Bearbeitung einleitest.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Deine Begeisterung für Technik zeigst du idealerweise durch erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Baumaschinen oder einem ähnlichen Umfeld.
- Als kommunikatives Organisationstalent hast du eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
- Im Umgang mit einem gängigen ERP-System sowie MS Office bist du sicher und zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und bist bereit für gelegentliche Außendiensteinsätze bei unseren Kund:innen.
