In dieser Rolle wirst Du zum Brückenbauer zwischen Technologie und Unternehmenszukunft. Du zeigst, wie Innovationen Wachstum, Sicherheit und Stabilität schaffen – und hilfst der Geschäftsführung, mutige Entscheidungen zu treffen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest eng mit IT-Teams und Fachabteilungen zusammen, um technische Details aufzunehmen und sie für das C-Level unserer Kund:innen in strategische Botschaften zu übersetzen
- Du identifizierst im Dialog mit Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern Chancen und Risiken neuer Technologien und zeigst dem C-Level unserer Kund:innen klar, warum Handlungsbedarf besteht
- Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren IT-Expert:innen Reports, Business Cases und Empfehlungen, die fundierte Entscheidungen ermöglichen
- Du setzt Technologien in Kontext mit den Unternehmenszielen (z. B. Wachstum, Internationalisierung, Risikominimierung, Compliance) und arbeitest dafür mit Management, Projektleitung und IT eng zusammen
- Du präsentierst in Abstimmung mit unseren IT-Expert:innen den Status laufender Initiativen, zeigst Ergebnisse und nächste Schritte auf
- Du bindest unsere Expertise von IT-Security- und Infrastruktur-Teams ein und erklärst dem C-Level unserer Kund:innen, warum Themen wie Datensicherheit, Netzwerkschutz und Automatisierung geschäftskritisch sind

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast Erfahrung in Business- oder Projektplanung (z. B. IT-Alignment, Roadmapping, Priorisierung von Initiativen)
- Du bist fähig, komplexe technische Themen zu analysieren, zu strukturieren und für Entscheider verständlich aufzubereiten
- Du hast Freude an klarer, strukturierter Kommunikation mit Geschäftsführung, IT und externen Partner:innen
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich mit einem hohen Maß an Team- und Schnittstellenkompetenz
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Übersetzung von IT-Themen in Business Cases oder Management-Reports und Kenntnisse in IT-Security, Cloud-Strategien oder Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Du hast Moderations- oder Präsentationserfahrung auf C-Level-Ebene und eine Affinität zu Change-Management und digitaler Transformation

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
