Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) Marketing & Mediengestaltung unterstützt du uns im operativen Marketing und bist Teil der Weiterentwicklung der Marke Lebenszeit. Du arbeitest mitten in der Umsetzung unserer neuen Marken- und Contentstrategie und hilfst dabei, Lebenszeit als modernen, attraktiven Pflegeanbieter sichtbar zu machen.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bereitest kurze Auswertungen und KPI-Reportings (z. B. Klicks, Reichweite, Leads/Bewerbungen) in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen vor
- Du unterstützt im Social-Recruiting und arbeitest bei der Erstellung und dem Monitoring von Meta-Kampagnen (Facebook/Instagram) zur Personalgewinnung zu
- Du aktualisierst Texte, Bilder und Stellenanzeigen auf der Website und behebst einfache Fehler (Darstellung, Links, Rechtschreibung)
- Du nimmst kleine Layout-Anpassungen mit HTML/CSS/JS nach Anleitung vor
- Du erstellst und passt Anzeigentexte und Visuals (mit KI-Tools und Grafik-Tools) nach Briefing an
- Du gestaltest und überarbeitest Broschüren, Flyer, Visitenkarten und Branding-Artikel im bestehenden Brand Design
- Du unterstützt bei der Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen Markenauftritts über alle Kanäle der Unternehmensgruppe
- Du wirkst am Social Media Management mit, bereitest Content (Posts, Stories, einfache Reels) auf, stellst Beiträge ein und betreibst Community Management auf unseren Kanälen (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) - Du hast Lust auch mal selbst vor der Kamera zu stehen? Gerne gerne, go for it

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bist aktuell immatrikuliert (Bachelor oder Master), z. B. im Bereich Marketing, Medien, Kommunikation, Design, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. Ä
- Du hast erste Erfahrung oder starkes Interesse an Online-Marketing / Social Media (insb. Instagram & Facebook, ideal: erste Berührung mit Meta Ads)
- Du kannst sicher mit MS Office umgehen und hast Erfahrung mit einem Grafik-/Design-Tool (z. B. Canva, Figma oder Adobe)
- Du hast eine gute Rechtschreibung und ein Gefühl für ansprechende Texte (für Ads, Social, Web)
- Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig und hast Spaß daran, neue Themen selbst zu erschließen
- Du bist offen für wechselnde Aufgaben und die Dynamik eines modernen, wachsenden Unternehmens

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
