Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Betreuung unserer internationalen Vertretungen sowie Key Accounts und baust bestehende Geschäftsbeziehungen im Bereich Straßenbau strategisch aus.
- Du identifizierst und akquirierst aktiv Neukund:innen sowie spannende Projekte, indem du unsere innovativen Lösungen überzeugend präsentierst.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Kund:innen analysierst du deren Bedarfe, entwickelst passgenaue technische Konzepte und erstellst individuelle Angebote.
- Als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Markt und Unternehmen gibst du wertvolles Kundenfeedback direkt an das Produktmanagement weiter und gestaltest so die Produktentwicklung aktiv mit.
- Du beobachtest den Markt sowie den Wettbewerb, um neue Potenziale zu erkennen und unsere Vertriebsstrategie gemeinsam im Team voranzutreiben.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einen entsprechenden Studienabschluss
- Du hast Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktmanagement oder Vertrieb; Fachkenntnisse im Straßenbau sind erwünscht, aber keine Bedingung
- Du verfügst über hohe Kommunikations- und Kontaktstärke sowie ein selbstsicheres und dynamisches Auftreten
- Du zeigst hohes Engagement und Eigeninitiative, um neue Projekte oder Produktentwicklungen zu initiieren und aktiv an deren Umsetzung mitzuwirken
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch („Hands-on“ – Mentalität)
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse von MS-Office und bist weltweit reisebereit
